About Cathleen Spayde

Cathleen brings over 20 years of professional communications experience ranging from broadcast journalism to advertising agencies and corporate communications teams. Adept at seeing an organization’s broad vision, she specializes in developing creative strategies. She has worked extensively in the social media field, developing, and executing content and campaigns for a variety of clients.

She has led social media for tier one supplier Sika Automotive, creating the strategy and assets for campaigns positioning Sika products as the industry-leading enabler technologies in safety, passenger comfort, innovative design, and efficient manufacturing process. At Henkel North America, she led the team for the company’s winning entry for the Automotive News PACE Awards. She has additional experience in press releases, product launch marketing and supplier technology expos. Her background in mobility industries also includes specialty vehicles, marine manufacturing, and auto glass replacement.

At Hudson Collective, she has run social media content calendar creation for the Michigan Department of Education’s Powered by Preschool project and the Great Start to Quality Resource Centers. Adept at seeing an organization’s broad vision, she specializes in developing creative strategies to meet that vision through social media, press releases, graphic design, and event planning.

In her spare time, Cathleen continues to hone her skills as a competitive figure skater.
