About Mike Mcclure

Mike McClure brings over 30 years of industry experience and executive leadership to the Hudson Collective from top firms BBDO, JWT, The Yaffe Group, and Bassett and Bassett. As part of the Hudson Collective leadership, he directs our social media, digital advertising, graphic design, web development, content marketing, content mapping, and editorial teams.

When social media and digital marketing were in their infancy, Mike saw the merits of their use well before it became common practice. Mike’s unique combination of creative thinking and pulse on community engagement has led to successful campaigns and creative executions for a wide variety of clients, including Ford, Dodge, Chevy, Munder Capital, Inveniam Capital, Detroit News, Rochester Community School District, Houston Independent School System, Houston Community College, Texas Southern University, Walsh College, Michigan Dept of Education, Michigan DNR, Memorial Hermann Hospitals, Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency, Michigan Lottery, Little Caesar’s, Archdiocese of Detroit, and The Capuchin Soup.

Mike was a founding member and President of the Social Media Club of Detroit and later Vice President of the Social Media Association of Michigan. A graduate of Michigan State University, Mike sat on the advisory board for the College of Creative Studies Advertising Department and Treasurer/Secretary of the Detroit Creative Director’s Counsel.
